Brighton made a little bit of seaside history on 1 April 1980 when it opened its naturist beach – the first public naturist beach in the UK.
Britain’s most accessible naturist beach, Brighton Naturist Beach is within an easy walking distance of central Brighton.
Public Transport Directions
Brighton Naturist beach is accessible via buses 7 and 2, which link Brighton Station with the main coastal road above the promenade.
Volk’s Electric Railway also runs along the promenade during the summer from Brighton Pier to the Marina. Alight at the Black Rock (Marina) stop. This is the last stop going East. The naturist beach is less than a 5 minute walk back towards Brighton Pier. Signs are provided to indicate where the naturist beach starts and large banks of pebbles have been created to provide further screening.
There’s a playground for kids (dress them first, though) and an adventure golf course. The naked section of the beach sits between the playground and the Marina.https://www.womanandhome.com/travel/the-uks-best-nudist-beaches-for-families-and-couples/
